Terms and Conditions (Land only): 

In order to secure this reservation, please provide full payment  at time of reservation. Once the reservation is placed online and paid for, we will check for availability with our local suppliers and confirm it to you via email within 24-48 hours. In case there is no availability we will offer a comparable tour or service, or we will fully refund you. All payments are refundable if a cancellation occurs up to 60 days prior to the beginning of the first service in your reservation. In case of cancellation before the 60th day prior to the first day of service, -Ciao Italy Tours will keep a $100 per person handling fee. For cancellations after the 60th day prior to the first service date, there is no refund. Modifications are allowed without any additional charge, however, always subject to hotels and supplier availability and to price changes. Prices are quoted in USD at the exchange rate known at the time the reservation is confirmed. Prices are subject to increase due to any increase in our costs, such as, but not limited to: increase in air, land fares, fuel cost, and currency fluctuation. We reserve the right to revise the price and re-invoice in case of a price increase of 5% or more at the time final payment is due.
