Prepare the classic yellow dough and rich tortellini filling, learn to roll the sfoglia by hand, and master the traditional tortellino closure just like the Bolognese nonne. Round out your menu with zuppa inglese, Parmigiano cream, and crispy Parmigiano wafers — a true symphony of Bolognese flavors.
