Cooking class in Piedmont – Alba

This project consists in “Langhes”'s traditional dishes cooking workshops and it is the ideal opportunity for people who want to experience by making directly and so learning the basic skills necessary to prepare by themselves some of the most traditional dishes of this part of Piedmont. The main focus is to get all the group involved in this culinary atmosphere through the making of some dishes that will be eaten all together to celebrate our abilities in cooking
- Hands on lesson characterized by the preparation of the menu
- Lunch or dinner (aperitif, appetizer, first and second courses, dessert), coffee, wines tasting and beverages included;
- Handing over the recipes and the apron as souvenir of the day.
