A fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley to discover two world-class products: Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma.
We will meet at 8.30 in Parma and head towards a dairy producer to see live the different production phases of Parmigiano Reggiano and enjoy a little tasting of two different agings at the end, accompanied with some local wine. Afterwards, we will go towards the hills and visit a prosciuttificio to learn about the production and characteristics of the Parma Ham. At the end of the visit, we will taste some Prosciutto di Parma with a glass of wine before returning to Parma.
