Your experience begins at your hotel in Como, where your private chef will personally meet you and escort you to an elegant lakeside restaurant, carefully selected for its exceptional setting and authentic Italian atmosphere. Upon arrival, step into the kitchen for a private hands-on cooking experience and discover the secrets behind some of Italy’s most beloved dishes. Guided personally by your chef, you will prepare an exquisite three-course Italian lunch, using fresh, seasonal and carefully selected ingredients. Learn the art of creating fresh handmade pasta, while your chef shares the stories, traditions and culinary heritage behind each recipe. The experience continues with the preparation of a delicate homemade dessert, completing your authentic Italian menu. After approximately two and a half hours of personalized cooking, sit back and savour the fruits of your work with a refined lakeside lunch, accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen Italian wines.
Throughout lunch, your chef will introduce each dish, explaining its origins and the traditions behind the recipes, while guiding you through the perfect wine pairings. With the spectacular panorama of Lake Como as your backdrop, this intimate experience offers an exceptional combination of gastronomy, culture and la dolce vita. At approximately 2:30 PM, your chef will escort you back to Como, either by private car or by ferry, allowing you to enjoy one final glimpse of the lake. Return transfer is included
