You will enjoy a 3-hour cooking class focused on traditional Neapolitan dishes, preparing an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert using seasonal ingredients. “Zia Angela” will warmly guide you, sharing family secrets passed down from her mother. Fresh vegetables come from the family’s own farm, “Tenuta Mastro Giacomo.” During a break, you’ll visit the wine cellar to taste homemade wines and local cheeses, with insights from Charlie, the winemaker. At the end of your cooking lesson, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor and dine on all that you created.
