Your small group tour (max 15 people) begins at the Vatican Museums, with its immense art collection built up by the Popes throughout the centuries. The itinerary includes Pio Clementino Hall, Laocoon and Apollo Belvedere, Maps Gallery, Candelabra Gallery, Tapestries Gallery and one of the most celebrated masterpieces in the world: the Sistine Chapel, with the breathtaking frescoes by Michelangelo.

Please note that starting March 1st 2025 until further notice, due to the Jubilee events, the St. Peter's Basilica will not be included in the tour. The tour will end in St. Peter's Square and the tour guide will offer an explanation of the Basilica from outside. The clients can decide to go to the Basilica on their own after the tour

The tour ends in the suggestive St. Peter’s Square, dominated by Michelangelo’s imposing Cupola and surrounded by the famous Bernini’s double Colonnade.

Meeting point: 08:15 AM, 09:45 AM or 01:45 PM in Via Santamaura 28 (near Vatican entrance),  or optional pick-up service from centrally located hotel (drop off not included)

Please make sure to provide a valid passport for the Vatican access. 

As e reminder this tour does not include a visit inside St. Peter's Basilica. The tour will end in St. Peter's Square

Sistine Chapel / Vatican Museums Dress Code:
Women can wear trousers, capri pants and skirts and dresses are permitted however they cannot be shorter than knee length and shoulders must be covered. 
Men should wear long pants and short sleeves t-shirts or shirts are OK but no vest tops.
