Sorrento Flavors - Cooking class and Limoncello tasting 

Breakfast in your hotel and pick up by Mercedes Car or Minivan and driver to your cooking School. The lesson will lass will be held in a large kitchen specially designed to make your lesson perfect and unique. All the dishes are made only with the freshest of ingredients and follow typical recipes that have been handed down for many generations. Each cooking course lasts approximately 3 hours, followed by either lunch. Generally, menus are composed of: antipasto, fresh pasta, fish or meat as second course and dessert. Meals are accompanied by suitable wines and mineral water. Our chef will show you the secrets of Italian cooking and a way of life that you will come to love. Come and enjoy! After transfer in the center of Sorrento to Lemon Garden and guided tour that consists of a brief presentation of company and its history followed by a demonstration of the production techniques we follow in preparing the liqueurs.  Tasting of four different kinds of liqueurs and “babà al limoncello” – biscuits soaked in limoncello; homemade marmalade fruit jams; and finally, lemon ice creams make from lemons grown on their lemon groves.
